RETURN POLICY

At Black Tailors, we dedicate to providing you with a pleasant retail experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to info@blacktailors.com and our Customer Service will be in touch with you. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.

All of our shipment are wel-executed and delivered by FedEx and SF express, when the goods are in stock, it would take 3-7 days to receive our package upon regional custom clearance.

Return/exchange condition:

Based upon Taiwan's laws, we offer product returns for items within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. The return item must be under following conditions: 

 

• The return item must be in the new/original condition with all tags and packing attached.

• Item must not be used.

• Upon dispute, Black Tailors reserves all the right to make the final decision.

 

Refund

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email from PayPal when it is complete. We refund the whole amount when the product is damaged before it ships out. Black Tailors reserves all the right to make the final decision.

 

If the reason for your return/exchange is not a result of our error, the costs of the return/exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be offered only after we receive the return item.
