About Black Tailors

People and things unconsciously pass by, come across, and shuttle in the big city just like an giant tote bag with everything in it. Black Tailors shuffles in this various environments,  including humans, things, and buildings from luxurious to rustic styles. By observing, Black Tailors concentrates images into the “black” which is one of the pigments in color palette, but not one of the colors of the spectrum. As the big city, each element has its own attitude but blends with each other in a harmonious way, achieving the pure-self exists.

 

Adding this attitude into the design concept, Black Tailors focuses on the discrepancy and individualism to realize the consumer wills, considering the visual looks, personalities, and purposes to products. Moreover, the elastic matchings bring out human nature and flip out kinds of possibilities.Instead of searching congenial taste objects, it is better to roll up sleeves and sew silhouettes.

Story Behind

Before established our own brand, we worked in a design firm, suppressing our own ideas to meet the needs of owners and companies as a priority consideration. Like most people, to reach the ideal life, we have been running around in the city constantly. Making times to close to nature and arranging trips are ways we love to recharge our batteries. Then, we got an idea from that, if we can't live away from the city but eager for the nature, why don't we try to establish a link between the two, bring those natural beauty in our life initiatively.

 

Looking for a lot of materials, contacting with marble by chance, we have tried to combine it with bags which are daily essentials, that is entirely a thing for satisfying ourselves, but the first time to reflect our own preferences and personality in the design. With a silly gut, designers decided to release the product to the public last year, whatever it takes. From the booth layout to the display, we've done the possible preparations in details for the best, although we are not sure is this the beginning or ending, simply to do it because we enjoy it. Conveying a concept that nature is not at the city, the mountains or the sea, it is a free pursuit of life, picking it up, and it is it.
